In order to create the future, you must first see the seismic shift and continuously project that light for the team. To have that ability, a person needs to have the ability to see things wider, deeper and further by exploring many different topics from various industries and countries.

Awareness

Ability to analyze surrounding and one self

Developing self awareness is synonymous to developing self independence. Instilling the responsibility to be aware of the surrounding helps with being decisive and innovative.

Completeness of thinking

Exploring different topics that surround us makes us a more rounded and trust worthy person. That trust can come from others and more importantly themselves. Being able to simplify a complex issues  to make a decision is a hallmark of a leader.

Master mind

Ability to see close and far to formulate a plan

Coming up with an actionable plan is what make action takers into master mind. We fold in planning attributes in to our syllabus to empower student to become a true planet shaper of the future.
